I wish I could tell you about the people they hire or how they handled our furniture or something that could give you more details but I can't. They failed to show up for 8 hrs.

Worst moving company. Stored my stuff for a deployment for 7 months. When I got back, all my stuff that was stored in a "climate controlled unit" had saw dust and water damage. Most of the boxes were still damp when they moved them in and everything was covered in mold and mildew. Ended up throwing most of it out. Its been 6 months since my claim and still no word. They also damage my furniture and didn't even bother bringing my brand new desk and 8x10' rug saying they were too damaged. How do you damage a rolled up 8x10 rug?? I would give them 0 stars if I could.

Moving on a budget...moving made simple... Competitive rates and most of all they gave me great advice and guidance! We sold our home and to be out within a month and the closing was moved up a week... All my sons provided me boxes and I packed them while I waited to close. They advised me on how to wrap and what boxes to use for what items. I was on a budget and they exceeded with helping meet my needs. When they were in stock they gave me pre-used boxes... That kept me within budget.... What a God's send! All my Sons accommodated a one day lag over and kept my items on the truck and didn't add on additional charges but instead gave me a courtesy for the lag time without charge... A Godsend... We had a budget and they helped us make our budget!!!!! I can not tell you how accommodating All my sons were... They loaded my pre-used free boxes they gave me to pack and advised me how to pack... They also provided me with used clothing boxes pre used in good shape... I went there multiple times during the three weeks that I was packing and moving to pick up any pre used boxes that they had in stock.... They always were professional with the beginning estimate to the delivery of the last box in my new home!!!! The movers were professional and called with Eta's and left after making sure we were satisfied .... All My Sons Moving and Storage was an exceptional company with an exceptional price that made the difference and was extraordinaire in relieving the great burden and expense of moving from one city to the next.... If I ever need help to organizing my move... I will call All My Sons again to obtain their extraordinary professional help to guide me and ease the burden and expense! They serve their customers well and they treated me like family!!!!

The movers showed up without wardrobe boxes stating all these boxes were used in the previous job. As a result clothes were suspended from a rope which then broke in transit. One lamp shade was crushed; their maximum reimbursement was $35. Movers left behind 1 box in the home we moved from even though they were advised of same. Upon arrival in the new home, the movers were very careless in placing boxes in the correct room in spite of the fact that all boxes were labeled. One wall was damaged while carrying a sofa up the stairs. It could have been easily preventable as the stairs and landing were wide and the sofa short. Of all of our 5 moves, these movers damaged the most furniture--scratches, dings, bent handles, gouges, etc. Most egregious was the fact that the movers left our residence without doing a walk-thru. They simply disappeared--not even a good-bye. Most egregious was the fact that they left with our dining table upside down on the floor without protective padding in place. Inexcusable! More damage. Their final settlement policy is also less than professional. Undisclosed fees popped up. Company policy has the movers calling in when they have an estimated hour of work remaining. Settlement is based on 1 additional hour of work regardless of how long the workers actually work. To be fair in this appraisal it should be noted that the company moving manager responded to my complaint and sent out a repair person to touch up some scratches and repair the dry wall. However, two major repair jobs were never completed. The company never responded to my email request for a call back nor did the repair man get back with me regarding the unfinished jobs. Very unprofessional. Would never consider hiring again.
