My dryer was messed up sent it to m and m appliance and they had it a MONTH and got it back and it's still messed up!

I had trouble out of my frost free side by side refrigerator not defrosting, I had dealings with M & M before on my dryer. I called, concerning my refrigerator, they immediately came down and knew what the issue was. Ordered the part, on Monday, part came in, M & M came down on Friday put the part on, even with a major cut on the owner's hand. I would highly recommend this company. I feel they are honest people, I have not had any trouble with them on both appliances they have worked on.

Incompetent or scam? On 09/01/2011 M and M came and installed a part on our 7 yr. old refrigerator. M and M said it should be fine after it defrosted. It still never worked and we got them back, finally, on 09/14/2011. Installed another part. M and M said this one would work, after it defrosted. So we have paid them twice and refrigerator still doesn't work. After several unanswered calls to them, on 09/20/2011 a new company came and repaired refrigerator. M and M said "they only use new parts". When the new company removed the part M and M put in, it was dirty, rusted, and not the part needed. They have failed to respond to phone calls and a registered letter. Please ask for a license, a warranty, to see part being installed, and your old part. We had to order a new part to replace the one M and M took. Also the part number lised on your bill. A man showing up with his wife and son doesn't make him honest. My mistake, don't make it your's.

Great service with a smile. Owner Greg McCrary is phenomanal. I highly reccomnd this place. Just dont show up around lunch time.
