Long wait for an appointment but definitely well worth the wait. Grooming was the best my dogs have ever received. Highly recommend this place!

I have always had an excellent experience with this groomer. I have 3 difficult dogs that are scheduled every 6 weeks. I once totally forgot that the boys had an appointment and Dawn called me and I felt terrible that I forgot - she wasn't upset and treated me fine. We rescheduled. The boys always look great and are super happy to go.

I've had the same experience as the other reviewer on this page. It was definitely my mistake on my appointment times. However, it's the delivery by the groomer of my mistake which is so irritating. Immediately, I felt chastised and so incredibly stupid for being at fault. There are ways to talk to customers regarding mistakes that they make so that one doesn't feel like I did this morning. I, too, walked out of the door and will not be back. I'm certain that there are many dog groomers out there that have "people relating" skills as well as animal skills. Between myself and the other reviewer on this page...I would imagine it will cost this business $200 every six weeks. For most small business owners, that money would mean a lot. This one apparently doesn't translate that happy customers equals profits.

I made a 9:00 appointment 3 weeks in advance. When I got there, they told me my appointment was for 8:00 and they refused to groom my dogs. I would never make an appointment as early as 8:00 in the morning. They entered the wrong time in their book and made me feel like it was all my fault and adamantly refused to groom my dogs. They weren't very friendly and were rather rude to me, like they were very irritated with me even though it was their mistake. I walked back out the door with my dogs and told them I would not be back.
