bad bad shop charged me a total of 982.93 for repairs that they didn't even do cost me additional 2000.00 at the dealer to fix the problems that they created with one simple repair. All I can say is my lawyer will have a hayday with this shop. The Owner Jim is an pure de IDIOT. BUYER BEWARE do not use this shop.

I brought my car in to get my breaks fixed. When I got my car back and looked it over, my hood release cable was broken. I took my car back to them to show them what was wrong and they said, "We had a hard time opening the hood. We had to detach the cable from the lever and pull it with pliers. Then we reattached the wire to the lever." I asked them what was wrong with the wire and they said its stretched but they don't know how it could have happened.



They explained to me how they broke it then told me they didn't break it.

I like to write and say how much the staff at the Blue Springs Midas helped me get out of a tight spot. I was on my way out of town, when my engine light came on. I pulled into Midas on 7 Highway, and they had me ready to go in about 30 minutes. And their honesty blew me away, it was a simple 20 dollar fix. I look back at the visit and think to myself they could have taken advantage of me. Thank you for being honest with me, you will know have all my business.

Catherine the store Manager was great, the Midas in Blue Springs is the only Shop my car will go to now.

I had my oil changed there. Two weeks later oil started to leak on my driveway. I thout i had blowen some thing. I took it to my mechanic he said I had a bad oil filter & charged me $25.00.so I took it back to Midas in blue springs & talk to the manager for a new oil filter & my $25.00 back. HE said no way and did nothing. SO BE WARE OF MIDAS IN BLUE SPRING. P.S THAY ARE CHEEP AS*****. GOOG LUCK IF THIS HAPPINS TO YOU!
