I had the most horrible experience, in this place. The staff was mostly friendly. But this girls didn't know what they were doing to my hair. I had only died my hair once, in my entire life. Before I came to this place. My current color was light brown I was asking them for an ash brown color, because I was trying to get rid of the reddish in my hair. I'm not kidding when I say this people dyed my hair 7 times in one day. Because they couldn't figure out the right color. As a new customer, I was about to start crying, when at one point my hair was bleach blonde. Nothing of what I had ask for. Yeah, they returned my money, when they felt the need they had put enough chemicals in my hair. I'm Hispanic my hair is thick, I have different pigments. They ruined my hair. I would never go back. They ruined my hair with so many chemicals.

Love this place! Best cut I have had in years. I signed up for coupons and just got 2 of them in my email. Erika cut my hair last time I was in there, she did a great job. They gave me free samples of shampoo and conditioner, you cant beat "Free"!
