Took Stihl chainsaw to Blue Springs store to have repaired. They said it would take 4 weeks.After 8 weeks I went back to check on saw, they have not even looked at it. But said they would fix it first thing.After 2 more weeks and still not fixed, I went and took it back.I will not go back

Worst experience and lawn equipment dealer ever! Never will they get my business again! Each time I go into the Blue Springs I end up leaving because no one wants to help or talk to me. When I did buy a mower from them they were never helpful in the least when it came time to get parts or repairs done. Their repair shop takes months to get to your mower and forget about followup and I even had to call them to find out my mower was ready to be picked up. Very poor business, go to the Harrisonville John Deere dealer if you want someone that cares.
