Esparza's Tile, Coping & Plastering

Esparza's was subcontractor used by Hart Pool & Spa of which I contracted to put new tiles on my pool. I will never again use this type of arrangement. Hart Pool and Spa where great people and tried to get Esparza’s to make the job right but without having success.
Absolutely terrible workmanship by Esparza’s. Tiles were not straight and when they came out to fix it they didn’t repair all the misaligned ones that I had marked. Came back out the second time and the workman hit the plaster with something and cracked it. Then had to have the plaster replaced by Esparza’s at my own expense. Plaster work was very uneven and rough in several places. In addition, the plaster workers scratch one of the tiles and didn’t tell me so didn’t know about it until the job was finished. Workers left my deck, driveway and fence with spots and stains all over it. It appeared that acid had been put on the coping mortar and it had eaten away at the mortar. I had Esparza's come out to clean up their mess, smooth up rough places in the plaster, and make repairs to the coping mortar. They did not smooth the plaster well and the mortar repair was terrible. I have finally given up on them as it seems all the workers are now out to get me for complaining. DO NOT USE ESPARZA’S. THEY ARE TERRIBLE.
