If you do not care about customer service, then you will be fine. Dealing with Mike, sales person, was ok, but the company communication was terrible. We had our roof done in the "down" season, DECEMBER. They were not busy. Got a call that the materials would be delivered and we would be contacted about insulation, only to be surprised at 7:30 am by roofers with limited English tearing off the roof. The materials came later. I had my inside attic door open because I was waiting to hear from the company's insulation guy to schedule a qoute on insulation, so all kinds of particals fell into my bedroom and to this day I have receive receive a call about an insulation quote! To finish it all off, when they came to pick up the final check, they inidcated that we received an advertise credit and would not be billed our deductable. The guy called back, said that was not the case, and ask US TO CALL our insurance company to see if another check was coming! No compensation was offered.

I had my doubts because of roofers in general but Patriot Roofing Company did an excellent job on my home.
