Dave Hand and the staff at Custom Home Elevator was great. Dave knew exactly what needed to be done to get my house ready for their installation. The installers arrived on time, observed healthy practices and cleaned up each day they worked. The installation and placement of equipment in machine area is neat and to my specifications. Installers adjusted lighting, explained operation of elevator and what to expect. Elevator makes lower level of our home much more useful. We love our elevator!

Techs were punctual, competent and courteous. Techs offered good explanation and advice.
