This place is a nightmare! If you care about your dog at all, do not send it here. Our dog was returned after 10 days with only 2 days of his food used during his stay!!! He lost a significant amount of weight and cried in the car the whole way home. They took 3 days... 3 DAYS to get back to us when we called to check on his well-being. Of course that was over a weEkend, and I'm certain nobody even stopped in to check on them. Just like the other post, our dog came home with he and his bed smelling of urine and filth. We had to throw the bed away. And after all that, they didn't give me his collar with name tag when I left. When I discovered it wasn't with his things, I called the next day and they said "oh yeah, it's sitting here." Couldn't bother to call and tell me???? Our name and 2 numbers are on the tag!!!! To say I'm disgusted is a gross understatement. DO NOT USE THIS PLACE!

Had no complaints last year. This year a disaster. They told me wrong info regarding shots needed and then couldn't find my dog!...wrong name tag. Therefore he went w/o his ears being cleaned and his dry skin spray all week. The air conditioner was broke and they had no idea that I had pre-paid. Will not be going back next year!

Our dog came back to us with his bed smelling horrible of urine, chewed up, and with an over abundance of energy (as though he hadn't been let out of the kennel in days). He's gone to the bathroom 3 times in the house since we got him back, an offense he'd never committed. If you want a kennel where the prices are fair and friendly staff, then My Shar-Pei is for you. Otherwise, I wouldn't recommend this kennel.
