I cannot possibly give this place only one star. In this case, it would be negative. As there ARE nothing but negatives for this place.



This place is an absolute drug haven. Do not move here, whatsoever if you have any children or you do not wish to have drugs pushed on you! You will not meet a single friend here who does not do some form of drug. And the children of these people are spoiled little brats who were raised by crackheads.



The new "renovations" are pisspoor. The buildings are still falling apart and the "renovations" look very unprofessional. Don't be surprised if you manage to get an apartment here and your sink leaks, ants, cigerette wallpaper, stench and/or carpet stains or a hole in the wall.



The walls are very thin. You WILL hear your neighbors doing EVERYTHING, and everyone in your house doing everything. Including yes, peeing in the bathroom. Not to mention, often fights break loose. Robberies happen, men beat their wives. Oh, and the rumor about the manager allowing the women here to offer sexual favors in exchange for their rent?



This is by far the worse place I've ever been forced to live in the past and I'm glad I managed to move out. NEVER look to this place.
