With 3 weeks to go before my daughter is born, of course I found a leak in my sewer pipes. I wasn't sure how big of an issue this was, but not wanting to D-I-Y and stumble into something bigger than me, I looked around for a local plumber. The local Butler, NJ message board moderator suggested Barrett in a post a few years back, so I rolled the dice.



I left a message Monday at 9am, and was called back less than 2 hours later. In less than a half hour, Jim was at my place, and within 15 minutes everything was taken care of, our peace of mind restored. If Jim is any indicator of the rest of their service people, Barrett Plumbing is a great operation. No mess was made or left, right down to no footprints on the carpet - and this was in a torrential rain day, and most important to me, I wasn't made to feel a fool for calling a pro for something that I could have tried myself. Pricing is a standard charge, and completely reasonable - actually BELOW what I would have expected with such immediate service!



Since there are practically no reviews of Barrett online, I had to make sure to leave one. If you find yourself in a similar plumbing predicament and live local to Bloomingdale/Butler/Kinnelon/Riverdale... these are the folks to call!
