Felix was wonderful. He new exactly what to do and our fridge works great. We had someone else out to look at it and didn't fix anything. Awesome work Felix!

Sears had to come back 3 times. They do not always send out someone who knows what they are doing. I had all these bubbles after the entire washing process. The first repairmen added cooking oil to take down the suds and told me I used too much soap. Turns out, it was the rinse aid. They are too anxious to blame customer. It took several calls to solve the issue. The first 2 men were not good. The third one solved the problem. A lot of frustration.

Horrible! Stay away! They are coming back for the 4th time to fix my dishwasher. Once it was fixed it still leaked and has now damaged my hardwood floors. They have to come and take pictures to see how to fix my floors absolute nightmare! Calling another repairman to fix the problems they created!

Adrian arrived as notified. He assessed the situation and immediately noted the need for replacement of the ice maker...He carefully dismantled the freezer door cleaned the area and replaced the part. He then checked to insure all was functioning. He was by far the most efficient repairmen ever sent from Sears and was the reason I chose to put a service contract on my stove as well

Our service man was friendly and knowledgeable about the product we were having trouble with. We would use him again without any hesitation. Clearly 5 star service.
