This agency has a low standard way of doing things. Their employees want to get paid for time not completed.

Their staff seems to have very little knowledge as to our english language. They don't seem to understand proper ettiquette for quality of care. They seem to be only into the money. I can honestly say, I am disapointed. It just saddens me what these agencies will do to get people to sign up with their agencies.

They get you signed up and then they don't provide quality care.

In my opinion,it is a waste of taxpayers money. If you could do it yourself, you are better off. There is never an available actual supervisor if you have a complaint. Let's just say the words I have for this agency, you don't want to see on this site.
