Sadly brians45 hit it right on the head, i would stear away from this company at all costs, no sense in paying more for a lesser product, do the research and realize this is low quality overpriced outdated product. Research there reviews online, not a company i would recommend, they got me for a basic kit but after doing some research i will be taking my hard earned money elsewhere. Buyer Beware.

Innovative Smoking the company known by a new name now Vapor Solutions is a SCAM!!! they sell Elite Elight cigarettes. Well over priced for their faulty product, batteries dont hold a charge last maybe a hour, cartomizer's leak and spit in your mouth nasty. Worst thing of all is the price 30$ for 5 cartomizers that come in 36mg, 18mg, zero all the same price regular tobbaco and menthol only. kits range from 90$ - 220$ I learned the hard way. The employees make up their OWN PRICE!!! to try to get the most out of you which is company standards. Worst customer service I had ever gotten . I felt like trash. Dealt with 2 employees which only gave me grief one was a young girl who had to be on something was just yelling at me that Im wrong, 2nd person was the owner Matthew Boyd I dealt with after arguing and a petition I made I got majority of money back. I paid 150$ for a deluxe kit and got back 120$ since the cartomizers which cost 30$ where non refundable sanitary reasons even though they were unopened its a laugh. But Im done with this company.
