Horrible Customer Service! The St. Louis Cardinals trash can now pictured on their website is NOT what was pictured when I originally ordered my product. However, they have now changed the picture to match the trash can they actually send out to customers. When I received the wrong trash can, I was told that the description said I could receive a trash can that looked differently than the one pictured. After explaining that their product description did NOT say that, I was told it was in the fine print of the terms and conditions listed right before you conclude the ordering process. I feel this is a manipulative misrepresentation on their website that they feel they can show any picture they want and send you whatever they feel like. The people I spoke with lied to me repeatedly and fed me lines the entire week I dealt with them. It ended when they told me if I sent the product back (even though it is NOT what they had pictured on their website and NOT what I thought I was ordering), they would charge me a restocking fee. BEWARE of ordering anything from this website...according to them, you have to keep whatever they send you because it will always fall under "style and color may vary." A horrible way to do business...some of the worst customer service I have ever encountered.
