Provided by YP.comWe needed our shirts for an event. We gave them the design and they assured us the shirts would be done. We were on a deadline. They failed to get the shirts completed on time even with us calling regularly and being assured that they would be completed on time. RUN AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!! I have heard this story from many other people.
I would like to know WHICH order this was you are referring to. That way, I can go back and pull your file and see exactly when you placed the order, when it was needed, and when it was picked up. NEVER in 21+ years have I had a customer NOT get their goods before the date requested. However, we ARE HUMAN and we can make mistakes from time to time. I DON'T appreciate the way you warned others to RUN FROM THIS COMPANY, when this was probably you gave us the order late, not allowing ample time to get it out.
