They ruined my brand new Black Wool Men's Coat. It came back covered with animal hair all over it , and I don't have pets due to severe allergies. It also had stains all over it. It looked like they washed it together with a doggy bed. I will never use them again, and my beautiful coat was destroyed. Thanks A Lot Lou!!!!

Just recently, I had wen't with a few of my favorite garments to get some TLC. I had explained my concerns and the owner told me it was an easy task. When I picked up my garments, I noticed the issue was still present. When I asked about it, he replied rudly that it was the best he could do. A family member found it unacceptable and went back to explain the relationship they had build over the years and to please take care of the matter. He complied and stated it would be ready two days later. It wasnt until I went to pick up my garments to see them in the worse condition ever. My sweaters were ruined, the white shirt had a blue tint and my other shirts were faded. When I addressed them about it, the lady became hostile waving her hands in my face saying that I have nerve complaining. When I called to speak to the owner, he wanted nothing to do with me and hung up. As a customer, I feel as though there is way to handle situations and this was definitely not the way. Legal actions are now in effect for over $200.00 worth of damaged garments.
