The Great RecoveryI brought my Ford Explorer in on Tuesday to have the rear view mirror reattached. The mirror contains electronics which control the automatic headlights. Simple right? When I picked it up that evening the mirror was mounted obviously crooked and off center. The entire assembly was in pieces, and one small part of it was in the cup holder. In addition the electronics were no longer functioning. And I paid them $77. I was flipping out. The next day I called the manager Jack. He asked if I would please bring it back for him to take a look at which I immediately did. He asked me to leave it there and personally drove me back to my home. Several hours later he phoned me and said the mirror was all set. He also thanked me quite sincerely for the opportunity to make things right. When I picked it up this evening I could not have been more happy and satisfied. It was installed perfectly. It looked and worked as good as new. It greatly exceeded my expectations. This experience exemplifies the highest level of business practice. Jack went all out to correct a less than stellar job (stuff happens) and to do his best for his customer. Went there for service and the two ladies in the front were very plesant. They were very curtious and helped me with all my questions. The mechanics were amazing. I could not be happier with the service that i recieved. Will be coming back here all the time.
