Our entire experience with Bob Hafer’s towing was exceptional. He got to my car within 25 minutes of my call, he held onto my license plate and arranged for me to pick it up when it was most convenient for me, and he was easy to communicate with throughout my experience. I really appreciate his professional approach and would highly recommend his business.

Prompt professional service. Very personable in a less then perfect scenario (having your vehicle broken down). Was extremely concerned for not only personal safety, but also my vehicle. Will definitely call again if needed (hopefully I won't need his services again)! 😉

Bob was the epitome of professionalism and politeness. He said he was about 30 minutes away and 30 minutes later he showed up. He had my jeep on the truck quickly as his "supervisor" made sure he did everything correctly. I wouldn't call anyone else in the future after my wonderful encounter with Bob and Shelby.

I wouldn't even give this business 1 star if I didn't have to. I don't recommend anyone to go through this guy for service. My mother was in a car accident this arrogant self centered disrespectful man was not there at the time we called to retrieve the car he said he was a half hour away. 2 hours later we heard back from him with a very rude voicemail about how he was only going to be home for a little while so we only had a short period to get the car because he wasn't going to wait around all day. I then called him back 45 min later and left him a voicemail an hour and a half later no call back. So I called him back and told him that I understood he had stuff to do but I didn't want to have to pay another days storage. He proceeded to start swearing at me yelling in the phone calling me a loser flipping out like a crazy person then hangs up on me. Definitely stay away from him he doesn't deserve to be paid to disrespect people this way.
