Saturday night 4/21/12 stopped in for a burger 10:25pm they closed at 11:00 the lobby was locked up a girl inside moping the floor told us the in side was closed for clean up.Great do your hours mean anything or not.I fergot that its Saturday night time to party.

I like it because it's close in location to me and BK is the only other fast food chain close by. This Jack in the Box seems to sometimes be on top of their game and other times they're not; But about 95% of the time they are on it. Most of the time, at the drive-thru, they are pleasant and timely. The food is mostly very good; The reg. fries are hot and crispy and the burgers are hot and tasty--very filling, I might add. Only once did I get a small fries that were utterly crappy (burnt tips, soggy, barely warm... like bottom of the barrel fragments and pieces), but I went inside to tell them how crappy the fries were and they were polite and gave me perfect, crispy, hot, golden fries in a larger size!! I was more than happy about that. :) Best of all, they are in a great location. Worst of all, their hours suck. They are not 24 hours. I'm not even sure what their exact hours are... Anyone know??

They are a bit slow and short staffed but they are in the middle of nowhere's ville. The food is FAR better that most other fast food joints and the grilled sandwiches are killer for breakfast or lunch! The regular fries kick behind on Mickey D's but the curly fries are not too good. Cost is very competitive and they try to keep the calories low. Coming in from Canada you would have to drive another 10 miles to find a McDonald's in Ferndale! Staff is friendly but they have a hard time keeping up with the load. (They always have a 'Now Hiring' sign in the window for you unemployed folks)

The food there is great, me and my family loved it. They did take about 10 minutes to get our food to us but we ordered quite a bit of food because there were about 8 of us that ordered at once so its understandable why it took that long. The lady at the front-counter was very polite with us and made it easy for us to order what we wanted.

Not many people understand why this restraunt is so slow when it is swamped. The main reason is because they are very short staffed. On average, 3-5 people are stuck trying to serve 100+ people in an hour. That's the average rush. They don't make the food untill you order it. So in 5 minutes, 10+ people ordered, and they can only serve one at a time. that is why it takes so long to get orders out. Fyi, the longest wait I've seen is 15 minutes, because the idiot wanted 20 cheeseburgers and 60 tacos when the lobby was full. The food quaility is excellent because it is always fresh. I would definately suggest this place to a friend.

This has to be the worst restaurant, fast food or otherwise, ever. They are in a great location, plenty of business, and a great franchise.Each time I've been in the store it is like the teams first day, even at working, let alone in a restaurant. They can't get an order right. There is confusion in the kitchen. They have problems handling a half dozen people in the dining area and the drive up too. People are lined up out the door, a half hour plus wait for orders is possible, and there are still wrong or missing items.You would think it was the Manager's first day too. The staff will take breaks when the store is swamped, trash, food, soda and trays on the tables and floor, and employee's will be sitting in the dining area, eating their lunch like it's someone else's problem. Employee's can also be seen standing outside smoking in view of the people coming in the store. I would pull these guys franchise,They need a real staff, a larger Fourier, menus posted ahead of the counter
