Don't use this location if your car is at the adjacent collision center! Jason, the current Hertz manager, is a total BS salesman! He must get paid commission to sell Hertz insurance. First told me I couldn't bill my insurance company directly for the rental - lie; then tied to rent me an SUV for one person - greed; then up-sold me additional insurance telling me my current insurance company did not cover me with full coverage - total lie. I told him I HAD full coverage and wanted to bill through my insurance because i won't have any money after my $500 deductible. But, Jason advised me to buy Hertz insurance because my insurance only covered $11.99 partial. I found days later that to be a lie!!!!!! Thankfully, Rob another employee told me I could cancel. I spoke to Jason and asked why he didn't tell me it was additional or that I could cancel any day? He knew I said I already had full coverage insurance on my 2014 car! Of course he denied, denied; he's one of those guys! Go a mile down the street to Enterprise and save yourself the extra cash and headache. This is not the place to go, especially after you had an accident! All this and the car wasn't even cleaned, smelly, food in console and brakes were shot. I should have paid closer attention to Jason's well-rehearsed fast talk!
