Not only does this business provide AWESOME customer service but they are extremely skilled and the end product is beyond perfection. It is so refreshing to find a business who take such pride in what they do.

First and foremost I would like to say; Steve, the owner, is an artist.

He is very knowledgeable about the business of auto repair and took the time to explain to me exactly what they were going to do to repair my car. He also reassured me that the mechanicals, the parts that can’t be seen would be replaced with factory new items. His professionalism and his attention to detail add to his list of accolades. Both he and his wife Marte, who runs the office, were friendly and polite.
My car was so heavily damaged that it had to be towed to his shop. When I got it back, it actually looked and ran like new again. My complements to Steve, Marte and all the workers at Rieser’s Auto Body East. I thank you all.

I was involved in accident, i can not tell you how nice it was working with this shop, they made the whole process simple and smooth. Needless to dance my carr looks fantastic!!!

It is difficult to put into words how disappointed I am with this body shop. I was involved in an accident that required a rear door replaced, a rear quarter panel fix, and some new paint to the bumper. I visited seven different body shops and chose this one due to its reputation, knowledgeable staff, and friendliness upon the initial estimate review. Based on the initial estimate, I would receive my car in two to two and half weeks. However, I was unable to get my car back for five weeks. During conversations with the auto body shop, I felt ignored and, on one occasion, was patronized for lack of car knowledge. To make matters worse, the repairs are less than ideal, and I am needing to go to a dealership to correct this auto body shop’s lack luster repairs and cleanup efforts. I cannot express how badly I want to dissuade any individual from using this auto body shop or any of the owner’s other body shops. I am truly upset by the lack of respect and professionalism given to me, the insurance company adjuster, and my car by the owner and the shop’s employees. I am disgusted by the way the owner patronized my lack of auto knowledge and sheer lack of professionalism. I would urge anyone to not use this shop and instead take their vehicle to a shop that will respect their customer’s vehicle and treat their customers with professionalism and common courtesy.

Very happy with the service I received from Rieser's, not only their customer service but their repair work as well. I had some front bumper damage and of the 4 estimates I got, Steve seemed to be the most knowledgeable, getting down on his hands and knees to look underneath my car for salvageable parts, rather than assuming everything needed to be replaced and racking up the repair cost. The first place I got an estimate (Rife's) said it was going to be over twice as much as Rieser's estimated, and the other two places I went to didn't even look past the bumper damage to see that the fender was also damaged. Being from a small town where my family personally knows the people doing the work, I was a little skeptical of getting work done in Columbus since I don't know anyone personally, but everyone in Rieser's office seemed very genuine and worked with me on getting the best price since I was paying out of pocket. They had the parts ordered and my car finished all within 4 days which was awesome. My car was pretty dirty from the snowy/salty roads when I dropped it off, but when I picked it up, they had washed the outside and I believe detailed the inside a little bit too. I have nothing bad to say and I would recommend this place to anyone. I don't want my car to be damaged again, but if it is, I will be back here. Thanks Steve, Marte, and crew!

We are absolutely thrilled with Marte's awesome customer service and Steve's handiwork. My husband was rear-ended and I chose Rieser's after reading stellar reviews on yp. Marte handled every single thing-she turned a huge hassle into a really pleasant experience. She even set up the rental car for me. Steve did a great job fixing our car. I would definitely recommend Rieser's AutoBody to everyone. Thank you Steve and Marte!

I took my mercedes in for some paint repair, They did a GREAT job, my car looks brand new again and my car was completed when promised!

Picked my van up today from Rieser's auto shop. Steve and Marty were wonderful to work with and the body work and painting is great. I was shocked when I opened the van door to see they detailed the inside to the point of power washing mats and the detailer even vacuumed all the carpet (which I have to admit it has been a while since it was vacuumed.) Overall A+

This was my first accident (rear ended by a guy on a cell phone) and I felt like this shop really looked out for my best interest while I navigated uncharted waters through insurance people and the rental car company.

This is the place to take your vehicle for any body repair needs. They are honest and have top notch customer service. Their workmanship is awesome and I will never take any of my vehicles anywhere else for any auto body work. I was completely impressed with their service. I definitely recommend Reiser's Autobody East even if you have to drive out of your way. It will be worth it and you will not be disappointed.

I got into an accident and my insurance company considered my car a total loss. Let's say I was very depressed because I was very attached to my car and so I bought it back but end up having to get the repairs done myself. I came across Rieser's East in the yellow pages by chance and luck. I contacted Marte and Steve and they looked over my vehicle and the estimate of repairs that the insurance company gave me. I was even in their office crying. After speaking with them, both were very understanding, friendly, patient, and comforting. After getting 6 calls in one day from other auto body shops and getting lower quotes, I decided to stick with Rieser's. I had just got my car back today and it actually looks better than it did before the accident. Thanks Steve and Marte for a job well done.

with out a doubt the most friendly and detailed body shop i have ever had the pleasure of working with. I hit a deer in my car and so i went threw my insurance company for a claim and they recommended Rieser's. I was worried at first, only because i have had bad experinces in the past, but my worries were soon put to rest after being there just 5 min. Marti and her husband were so nice and helpful and very detailed. they worked directly with my insurance company and all i really had to do was drop off my car and they took care of the rest. I got my car back today and it looks better then it did before the accident! not only did they do a great job on the repairs, but my car hasent been so clean since i got it new! they cleaned the whole inside and washed the outside. i have never gotten it so clean. they did a great job and finished before they said they would. i will only take my car there from now on and will recommend them to everyone i know that needs body work.
