Provided by YP.comAwful communication and professionalism. Took them forever to respond to a claim, they never showed up for an appointment which has delayed the process and they cannot tell the difference between laminate and hard wood floors and "ordered the wrong material"

Provided by YP.comMammoth did a great job of restoring a major water leak for me. So why the low rating? When they re-installed the appliances they did not tell me that one of my appliances had a plastic line similar to the first one that caused the problem. So -- six months later, another leak. If I had known that that line was plastic I would have replaced it. This was preventable damage and thus I cannot recommend their services.

Provided by YP.comGreat service, great people! They responded quickly, their technicians were polite and professional, and they billed my insurance company direct which was a real convenience. If you ever have a need for water damage cleanup I would highly recommend them.
