ALWAYS DELICIOUS ....great service too!

Food was pretty good but the level of customer service was terrible. This was my first time ordering they messed up my order when I called in the girl told me they would remake what was messed up and send it out so I wouldn't have to go back out and get it. She said they would have it to me in 15 to 20 minutes tops. I called back in about 40 minutes later to see where it was because it still hadn't been delivered, I asked to speak with the manager and derik got on the phone. He proceeded to tell me that my order was a pick up to begin with, so they was doing me a favor by bringing it back out to me instead of having me pick it up even though they are the ones who messed up my order not me. So basically he considered it to be a burden on him to fix their screw up.
