I called from Alabama to have a Christmas arrangement sent to a friend in Blackfoot, ID. I got the address wrong 538 not 528. This caused them to make several trips to try and deliver. They were very gracious about the mix-up and wouldn't even let me pay extra for the gas used in multiple trips. At a time this close to Christmas when then are overwhelmed with orders they were very nice and got my order delivered to the correct address. I will use them again and highly recommend them to others.
