We hired ServiceMaster to help us with basic cleaning in preparation of having our proerty listed. It was a disaster from the beginning. Communication, scheduling, workmanship and follow through were all poor.The house was completely cleaned out for them to clean cabinet doors, appliances, shine bathrooms and do windows. Since we don't live in South Dakota our ReMax realtor said she would inspect the work for us. When she went in she called us and asked if they were done - or if they had even been there! The floors were filthy, soap scum still lined the showers and sinks, the cabinets had not been wiped down and we were told the $300 cap I had put on the job was used up before they got to the windows! Not sure what went on in the two days that we were charged for a ServiceMaster crew to clean but know verylittle work got done and they were inconsiderate enough to leave their fast food garbage and crumbs behind!
