Every time my wife and I have been here previously we have had a wonderful experience, however this time was the exact opposite. The PA on duty Richard Wagner was the rudest medical professional that I have ever been around. He had a very rude attitude , did not listen to what me and my wife had to say, and was trying to rush us out of the door. He also just stood right in front of the door (a big distance away from the medical bed where we are to sit) the whole time and did not even care about why I was there( he just kept cutting us off and giving quick one word answers). His lack of compassion was disrespectful. If you dont have compassion, or show care about your patients well being AT ALL then you should not be in the medical field. He acted as if we were a burden, and we will not be returning if he is on duty,

My mother had a car wreck while working on 5-11-15. Her company had a contract with urgent care of green country, there for she was taken there. 2hrs later after her negative drug test, hateful attitudes from staff, 1 x-ray of knee, and bandages of both arms, they release her. Orders to go back to work. That would had been fine with me for a finder bumper. However, she flipped her vehicle and rolled 3times. They did not X-ray her head, give tetanus shot, antibiotics, pain medication, or a muscle relaxers. Plus, when first arriving her blood pressure was 172/126 and pulse 126. Nothing was done for that either. It seems to me this company is more about money, making sure people aren't on drugs, and being hateful than they are about helping people. I do have to admit they do have a good buddy system going with other companies.
