I don't know the guys name that was there today, but he was really rude we called twice wanting to know if they were still opened, well the guy never answered the phone so we went by to check and they were open and when we went in and asked them if they could cut our dogs nails and all he said was they won't do them. He knew who we were and was sitting on his ass right by the phone. We won't ever go back to this place and we will be sure to let everyone know not to use this place.

It took a long time for me to find a groomer whose work I liked after my two Airedales' groomer died. A friend recommended Golden Groomer, in Bixby OK. I am very pleased with their work & the personal attention they give my Dales. Although, the trip to Golden Groomer from where I live in Tulsa includes a 15 mi. stop-n-go through heavy traffic, the positive experience for my dogs is worth it. Price is comparable with other shops in the area who groom large breeds.

Note: I have not had Golden Groomer do stripping. I do that, myself.

I recently took my senior Golden Retriever to Golden Groomer. He really needed cleaned up. Since he is very senior he has a tough time standing for any length of time. Their staff scheduled him so he was the only dog there! They went out of their way catering to his needs! About a hour and a half later they called me to say he was ready to go! He looked wonderful. Exactly what I wanted! He was very comfortable with both of them. Will be using them for his grooming needs for the rest of his time here!
