We needed our bottom cabinets replaced after the flooding. Since we were only replacing the bottom cabinets we hired Woodcraft Unlimited as they had done the original work when the our home was built. We wanted to match as best we could with our upper cabinets. With all the work they had lined up it took a few months for them to start the work. Considering the circumstances, this was expected. They began putting in the cabinets in December. Because we ordered counter tops from Fabricators Unlimited, we had to wait until the middle of January to have our counter tops installed by Fabricators Unlimited. In order for the cabinets to have the trim work complete, we needed to have our flooring in place. That was complete the first week in February. We have called Woodcraft Unlimited several times to finish the work. My lazy susan is not attached to the counter and installed, none of the trim work is complete, my dishwasher cannot be installed since it is missing a piece of wood to attach it to, my flooring trim work cannot be completed until the cabinet trim is in place, my bathroom vanity is still missing wood work and my husband had to go buy a tool to cut the hole for my faucet to be installed so we could use our bathroom sink. I am disappointed in Woodcraft Unlimited. The remainder work would probably take them a day, if even. We had been evaluated from our home for four months, and when we returned our kitchen, dining room, living room, bathroom/laundry room all had to be redone. We lived in our bedrooms for most of the winter. This situation is not like we are excited to have a new home built and getting ready to move in. We are here and I am frustrated that I still cannot use my cabinets and dishwasher. The work they have done is decent. They had made an error on size for the bathroom vanity and took it away and rebuilt the correct size. Seems they care about the quality of there work if you can get them to complete the product.
