Michael Jays Tattoo & Piercing Clinic. We are a locally owned and operated business and have 5 talented artists on staff with over 60 years of combined experience.  Our friendly, helpful staff always makes it a point to ensure that you are comfortable and relaxed when you visit.  We use the best sterilization methods for your safety. We specialize in everything from black and grey to color tattoos, custom design and cover-ups, and our shop is also your source for a vast collection of body jewelry and unique artwork.  Tattoo appointments are necessary but walk-ins are always welcome.  We require a deposit on all tattoo appointments.  This deposit is applied to the cost of the tattoo.  We also require 24 hour cancellation notice.  If you don’t cancel within the 24 hour time frame or just don’t show up for your appointment then your deposit is forfeited…NO EXCEPTIONS!!  You must be 16 years of age to be tattooed or pierced with parental consent.  Your parent or legal guardian MUST accompany you.  You should bring the following items to your appointment: a Drivers License, State issued photo ID, Military ID or a Tribal ID.  If your last names do not match then we require a birth certificate and a paper trail showing how the last names have changed.  If you don’t have these documents then we cannot tattoo or pierce you.   Our age restrictions are nonnegotiable.  We have set these age limits in concordance with the North Dakota State Law and our ethics.
