Provided by SuperpagesPoor customer service. I called asking for someone to come look at my appliance and the response was a rude "No, we are booked". I would expect professional customer service to at least say, "we are booked out" or "how soon are you needing" or "unfortunately we are not taking new customers" or something. Unfortunate.

Provided by YP.comThe repairman harassed me even when I told him I was working. Sending rude texts. he told me he'd let ne know how his day went Later showed up at my house banging on the door like an animal. I did not answer because I went downstairs and peeked out the window, he seriously freaked me out... what kind of professional knocks like that?! Especially after messaging me with unnecessary tone. he never once rang the bell. I called the office because I wanted to know if someone else could come over and fix it since they already ordered the part.. The receptionist hung up on me multiple times.. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME.

Spent $175 on a used washer. Worked for a week. Called and told them it quit working. They took a message and said the owner would need to call me back. Never got a call back. I continued to call and leave messages asking what we could do about it since it was still on warranty. Never received any calls or answers. Now the warranty has expired and we are stuck with a washer that doesn't work and out $175. Do Not buy anything from this company unless you have money to burn!

In my experience, Dakota Appliance Inc. has had a very professional staff who do their best to help their customers, in a fast and friendly manner. Provided by SuperpagesA 1 is not a low enough review for this business. They are supposed to be servicing the warranty on my Sears appliances and one month later, have not done a thing. I have called this company 5 times now to check on why they haven't returned to fix my appliances and the last time I called the secretary stated "I CAN'T MAKE THEM COME OUT THERE NOW CAN I?" I told her I was sorry she obviously didn't care but would she please help me and could I talk to a manager. She proceeded to hang up on me and told me she wouldn't bother a manager with me! I have never in my life seen such a lack of professionalism. I will now be calling the better business bureau and reporting both Dakota Appliance of Bismarck and Sears. I would never never ever buy anything from either business again! Buyers beware!!!!
