Provided by YP.comThis is my go-to T-Mobile store now because of Tim. Tim was the representative who helped me and my family. He spent hours with us to solve an issue we were having.
Tim was very kind and extremely knowledgeable. We really couldn't have asked for more. I went into the store very frustrated about my situation, but Tim was so helpful and had us smiling and laughing and feeling secure that everything would be ok, which it was in the end.
Major props to Tim at the Birmingham T-Mobile store.
