This place is beyond horrible. avoid at all costs. unprofessional, rude (the salesman even hung up on me when I had a delivery issue) and no notion of customer service/satisfaction.

i have already called my credit card company to cancel the transaction.

While the in store experience was fine, the delivery service was a complete joke. Ordered a dryer and once it arrived we were told that "they can't touch any gas lines"... To install our GAS dryer. They also can't "touch doors" that may be in their way. Thankfully we had a plumber in the house to do half their job. The delivery man was so kind that he left the empty boxes down the street from our house in the middle of the sidewalk. Seriously need some better delivery boys.

Stopped in today to check out the place. I honestly never knew it existed til searching for a place to buy a home theater. It was nice we weren't assaulted by salesmen and got a chance to look around before being greeted by Joe. He was great pointed us right to what we needed and went over every detail possible with the system we purchased. We will definitely return.

AVOID THIS STORE! While nice enough at the time of sale, there is no follow-up. We ordered a $1200 dishwasher that was to be delivered in two weeks. We heard nothing after two weeks. We called and were told that it was a special order and could take up to two months. After two months, we called again and were told it was on backorder! When I asked why they did not call to tell us this, I was told, "It's not OUR fault." Don't bother asking for a manager; they're rude too.
