Provided by YP.comI would tell them to STAY AWAY!!! I had my diamond engagement ring reset 2 years ago and it was never done right. I went back to complain and was told that was too bad that was the best they could do. GIven no satisfaction whatsoever. My setting before this one lasted 25 years. I have had stop wearing my ring because all the prongs are opening up and 2 have worn away completely. I wouldn't take a timex watch or a a piece of costume jewelry to this business. The absolute WORST!! Rude, bad workmanship and THEY DON'T CARE!!!
We have been in business 90 years and this is the frist complaint I ever had about being rude and not wanting to rectify a problem. We pride ourselves on customer service so if there was a problem I would like to know what it was. If we have to make the ring over to make it right we will do that. If something like this happened I would like to know about it and if I did know than it is my responsibility to make it right. Please call me so that we can rectify an unfortunate situation.
