This company will overcharge for services. They charged thousands to us for a small plumbing job. They broke our toilet & didn’t take responsibility. Terrible customer service.

Birmingham Plumbing has bailed us out on numerous occasions, whether it was a broken sewer pipe, leaking refrigerator water line, frozen pipes & hot water tank. Yes, all of those have happened to us within the past 5 years. The company, and Dan in particular, are very knowledgeable and do great work. We recommended the company to at least two of our immediate neighbors and they have been extremely happy with the results as well. Great job BPC! Jobs well done!

We needed our kitchen faucet replaced and found a coupon for Birmingham Plumbing so we called them. The friendly lady who answered the phone told us the plumbers would arrive the next day at 9am. The two gentlemen, Dave and John, arrived at 9am as promised. They evaluated the job, told us what needed to be done, and gave us the price. They did exactly what they promised and even fixed a small leak under the sink that we were not aware of and was not part of the original job. They were professional, friendly, very efficient, and the price was fair. We would highly recommend them to anyone in need of a plumber and will use them again if needed.

Very professional. Dave, the plumber, evaluated the issue I had in the kitchen and fixed it in a timely matter. He was very proficient and gave me good price. Thank you and I will always use these guys for my plumbing issues.

As the old saying goes, you get what you pay for, and I want the best in my house. I have used this company several times. They are clean, courteous, and always send a licensed plumber. Dave, and mike are both good, and very knowledgable. If you just want it done right the first time I highly recommend this company.

They were on time, did a great job and at a very fair price compared to others I've called. They were in & out as promised.
