As someone who understands the harm a bad review can cause, I feel I must speak out on what happened to me. I had a 2014 vehicle that had minor damage that deployed the air bags causing the repair to escalate to over $24,000. After picking up the vehicle and a few weeks later I noticed a crack line starting at the top of the windshield. I called Watkins and let them know, they said if it was not a rock crack they would handle it. I stopped by another Glass shop and had them look it it and they felt to was cracked when installed and spread. When I asked Watkins to do some other repairs no related, they said it was from a rock chip. When I took it in I showed the service writer the spot where it started. I offered two pay half, or would accept any genuine to resolve. I get a call , they offer to replace it for $420. Did I mention the job they are doing now is $4,800! 12-2015 UPDATE. Since this post the shop manager got involved and made things right, my hero's again, Thanks guys.

They broke numerous plastic parts which they glued back together - didn't hold. Numerous burns in paint from buffer (i.e no gloss left clearcoat long gone) , dust everywhere in paint - looks like they painted it outside and buffed it with an industrial floor buffer. Paint chips easily(front of car is riddled with paint chips) and is obviously not nearly as thick as OEM. Manager was rude and unhelpful. Wrong lamps (very dim) used for exterior lighting which upsets car computer - it thinks lights are burned out. They destroyed hood insulation it now flaps in the wind because it is broken in the middle and torn where they forced it out of the clips. I could go on. I would not let these people paint my lawnmower. I paid them $3800 for painting and installing a new hood and front bumper.
