These are some if the most RACIST PEOPLE YOU WILL EVER MEET DEFINITLY INBREAD. THEY TRIED TO STEAL MY WIFES CANCER PAIN MEDICINE. HAD TO CALL POLICE TO GET IT. THEY FOUND IT WHEN THE POLICE SHOWED UP. I AM REALLY SURPRISED NOBODY HAS BEEN SHOT DOWN THERE YET. YOU CANT KEEP STEALING FROM PEOPLE AND NOT EXPECT SOMETHING TO HAPPEN. BETTER GET SOME SECURITY. WHAT DO YOU EXPECT FROM PEOPLE IN A TRAILER. ANYWAY PAID MY MONEY. AND TAKING POLICE AND A CAMERA. AM SURE A COUPLE OF LAWSUITS WILL HELP FIX THE PROPLEM. I HAVE TALKED TO Six on ur side they are interested. I encourage everybody to call ur local news and file complaints with the BBB. IM JUST SAYING

Very unprofessional. I have a front wheel drive car, and I know there's damage. My sons medication is in there and all legal paperwork is in there for SSI court on Monday!!!!!

This is a very unprofessional business ever. I called to get my car from them paid reinstatement fee verified proof with fax and confirmation number. And they told me to make a appointment and that i had to pay for property storage in which there was no property in the car. I asked the lady on the phone what do they call property and they literally told me to hold so they could walk out to my car and tell me exactly ever detail what was in my car as in paper, a pillow in the trunk and half used energy drink. REALLY!!!! Very unprofessional scary back wood people they probably eat their young after giving birth to them. Oh I had to give 1 star on rating because it would not allow me to post this until I did. REALLY!!!!!!

UAR is the most unprofessional auto recovery place (I wouldn't call it a business) I have ever seen. First, when we got the car, it had a visible scratch on the side, a broken mirror, etc... When these damages were brought to the employees' attention, each one said that they were not responsible (including the manager). As the police/ deputy was called to report the damages (which was a waste of time) the manager kept telling us to get off her property because we were "trespassing". Next, she has one of her wrecker drivers to attempt to tow our vehicle which was not even the vehicle that had initially been repossessed. At that time, one of the "good old boys" arrived and explained that there was nothing he could do. We left frustrated in our legal system and in the manner in which UAR does "business".



By the way, only a star was given because this website would not allow me to post this review without one. Our experience and the customer service rendered was not, at all, star worthy.

The first time I called the main branch for this storage service, they told me I had to call this number, which no one ever answered. Then, after a week of me being trying to reach someone with no success, I called the main branch again, for them to tell me that I had to keep trying because they couldn't do anything for me. Then I called the main branch back because, again, no one answered the phone, and the lady told us that it was because they are always pretty busy outside of their office. Then the lady, named Carolyn, hung up on us. We then called them back and spoke to Allison, who kindly offered to schedule the appointment for us to go get out stuff, because according to them, we couldn't just get to that place to pick up our stuff, we had to schedule the appointment first. So, she was almost done, and when j asked where this place was located at exactly (I noticed this site includes the address, but I wanted to make sure this was correct), she put me on hold for then to tell me that she would give my phone number to the storage place on Birmingham so they call me back because she was not allowed to schedule the appointment. Then I asked her what that number was, and she gives me the same phone number I had! Unbelievable. I told her I would appreciate the person in charge calling me back in less than an hour because Birmingham is 4 hours away from us...let's see what happens. But so far, this was a terrible service, and no one was organized at all.

Shame on you for taking peoples cars, you never took mine, and you wont i out smart you bastards ah ha find me bastards
