On January 26 I was visiting my mother that lives in the property located at 428 9th ct. N. I was disgusted by what I observed. There was human waste coming out of a pipe located underneath the stairs at the door of another tenant's apartment. I am going to call the CDC on Monday morning. This is downright unacceptable.
