This guy is a con man. He will promise the world and not back it up. Don't pay him a dime beforethe job is finished or you will never see him again. Check the better business bureau. They have several complaints. He falls under Teds painting or A-1 Phillips or Ted and Vals painting. He is a con man. Check for yourself

Ted will tell you what you want to hear but will not back it up. He talks a good talk but is full of it. I was very disappointed. He told me the job would take 3 days and it is 10 days later and he still isn't finished. He will disappear from the job site and not return your calls. Use anyone but this guy.
