Every single time I go into this subway the employees are rude. Today, the manager snapped at a customer because he asked why the did not have any tomatoes. My jaw dropped when I witnessed the manager's behavior toward the customer.

The manager has set the bar low for qaulity service. After witnessing her behavior I understood why the other employees think it is ok to treat the customers like crap.

One guy literally huffs and puffs when you ask for something. I will not be going to this subway again and I encourage others to do the same.
