Had invitations printed, then business cards that included a photo as well as design and layout done by Hal. He did a great job. There was an issue, but he not only fixed it but did it in short order and did not charge for any additional work. Friendly staff and good service.

I ordered business cards from this store and received horrible service. Hal, the owner, promised the cards would be ready in 5 days, he promised a proof, 5 days later I was told that they were ready but they needed to be coated and I could pick up 3 days later, but I hadn't ever seen a proof. Then 3 days later I went to pick them up and I was told that they are off getting coated by a third party. Then later that day I received a proof. The cards were not as requested. I asked why they printed the cards before sending the proof and I was told that they haven't started on my cards yet. Horrible customer service from the owner himself. I filled a complaint with the BBB. I hope they learn basic customer service soon.
