I went to Grabow (who was having a Smith & Wesson sale), BPW, and even shopped online and Southeastern Guns still had the lowest price on my S&W Bodyguard (bought it new for $309). last year I got an immaculate used AR-15 with 24" floating barrel, nikon M223 with sunshade, magpul PRS stock, bipod, and other internal upgrades for $950. Sold it a week later for $1,300 and have regretted it ever since.
Bought a few other guns in the past from them and even though they don't remember me, I've only ever been treated well there. Even if I don't buy. Great guys

I came to Southeastern Guns in Trussville Alabama so that I could buy my first gun, I just want let y'all know that Rachel Topping was the very sweet, kind lady that took her time with me, she went over every gun from the semi-auto to revolvers, so that we could the right, best gun I was needing n would work for me! I bought a Ruger LC, I really like it! Very good service, she took very good care of me! thank you for taking time with your customer Rachel! I have experienced rudeness before 'come back when you buy a glock' .. friends have a negative view ..yesterday at another store i overheard a couple saying se guns just lost a sale as he purchased gun for his wife ...

My husband & I went to buy my first gun. I didn't know what I wanted and the people here were so helpful. Jerry talked to me like I was his relative, helping me get a gun that I could handle. He even showed me how to hold it (with both thumbs on the same side of the gun) I am so happy with my experience and will be going back for more guns and supplies. I will be telling everyone about this place and there nice and knowledgeable salesmen.

I keep coming back due to great prices, large selection and helpful staff. I have had nothing but good experiences there.

They are very rude. I would never go back in there store ever again.

Was there today as a first time customer. Their selection was impressive, they had firearms that I haven't seen in a local shop in six months due to demand. Pricing was extremely competitive, lower than several place I've seen in the area. They had the hard-to-find ammo I was looking for, too. Staff was friendly, helpful, and I felt very welcome. I'll definitely be going back!

my wife went in to buy a pistol they were the rudest bunch of people you have ever seen she left went down the road and spent 700.00 these people need to learn how to run a business

I went to southeastern guns yesterday to get ammo because they where the only gun shop around who had the kind I needed read the reviews but they where all friendly we me. I think I found a new gun shop. Would recommend them if you are in the area.

Rudest people around. Bern in there several times over the years because they are close to me. Every single time, i have to practically beg for help even though there are always four or five guys goofing off behind the counter.



Went in shortly after the sandy hook scare. Was considering a $1200 Kimber. They had it in stock. I asked if they had layaway. Guys said yes - 25% down and pay it off in 60 days. Went back home to do some more research. Decided I wanted the Kimber. Went back in the very next day. Guy told me they weren't doing layaway anymore. I reminded him that they said they were just the day before. Another guy yelled from behind me "we don't need your ,money that bad anymore". That is a direct word for word quote.



While I was in there that time before I finally found someone to wait on me, another gentleman was looking around. He say a magazine for some type of rifle on the wall that was priced for $19.95. He said that he wanted it. The guy took it the register and another guy yelled to him that "we're not selling those that cheap anymore". The guy asked how much they were now. The same guy replied $40.00. The potential customer told them he could still get it on the internet for $15 and they could keep it.



These people are clearly taking advantage of the current gun control environment and have no loyalty to any customer base. However, they have been rude pretty much every time I've gone in there. I'm done with them. There are much better and friendlier gun stores around bham to shop at.

I've bought several guns from these guys. They are knowledgeable and friendly. Quick background checks and a fantastic inventory.

They have a nice selection of guns to choose from and prices aren't to bad either just made a purchase..customer service is a bit shaky (not that bad but not that good) I mean we all have "our days" other than that I would recommend this store

Great selection (the best) but all but one of the employees was very rude the two times I've been there. The prices also left something to be desired. look there but don't buy there.
