Brought some very expensive Tommy Bahama shirts to be cleaned. When I picked them up, there stain all over 3 of the shirts. Appeared that during the cleaning process they sprayed some kind chemical on the shirts front and back. They tried to clean again. 2 of the shirts were okay but the newest shirt still shows where chemicals were sprayed. Owner told me they sub the cleaning out to someone so they are not responsible for damage to clothes that I bring to them. Excuse me, he decided who he wants to contract with in his business therefore he is responsible. He did offer to pay me but was a ridiculous small amount for what the shirt was worth. If he is not willing to take responsibility for damages done to clothes when he is performing a paid service, then in my opinion he not someone you want to business with.
