Provided by YPmobileThe service department is terrible! I brought my car in a couple weeks ago to remedy a check engine light. They diagnosed it and said it would be about $1200. Luckily I have a service warranty. When I left, the check engine light came back on. I contacted them and they said to bring it back. I've had 3 different appointments where I've called off work and taken my car there just to sit all day without them even looking at it. It is very frustrating!! The staff is rude and unprofessional especially Nathaniel Lee.

Provided by YP.comI recently went shopping at Serra Nissan. They had a great selection of Exteras, Altimas, Pathfinders, 350Zs, Muranos, and other Nissans. The salesman was very nice and seemed motivated to sell me a car. Over-all good experiance.

Provided by YP.comI had that worst experience in SERRA NISSAN... I would not recommended to any one in Birmingham Al, who is looking for a car .... i bought a Versa that was 17,000.00 and that told me that with finance is was going to be 23,000.00 well no, that actually charging me 30,000 with finance... Im extremely sad but what can i do inform people, to not make the same mistake .... When you sign the Bill of Sale Please people make sure that is the same price of the car, not what the sales representative is saying, beacause after you sign the bill of sale there is no turning back.. Trust Me that are just waiting to take advantage of any one ;(

Provided by YP.comDo not trust these guys. Dwight is a liar, con artist, and is very rude. I went back to trade in my '05 Nissan for an '07. I was told when I leased my '05 that as long as I traded it for another Nissan I wouldnt have to worry about trading the car in early or the mileage. So, here I am 6 months from the end of my lease trying to trade my car in and end up talking to Dwight. While I am sitting at this desk, he is taking phone calls as if I am not sitting there. He is bragging on how many cars he sales. And when I tell him what I was told when I leased my car, he burst out laughing and said that I was just told that so I would get the car. Needless to say, I left there mad as hell. In my opinion, because I went to the car lot in jogging pants, Dwight assumed I didnt have any money and wasnt worth his time. Which is funny to me because I am a travel nurse and only wanted to trade my car because i wanted navigation. Being a travel nurse, I no doubt make more money than Dwight. You cant judge a book by its cover. I decided that this was not the dealership I wanted to deal with. I called Nissan Motor Acceptance Company and inquired about turning in my lease. I went directly through NMAC, turned in my car, paid off the rest of my lease and decided that after the horrible customer service I had received, I didnt want another Nissan after all.
