Great customer service! Representative was very helpful and customer friendly. Also showed expertise and was knowledgeable about vehicles.

We have had our vehicle in twice to resolve a faulty tire gauge light (tire pressure is accurate), however the problem still has not been resolved. They said they reset it the last time but still not corrected. The Service Manager, Randy, advised us to let him know if problem remains & they may have to replace. Left message on his voice mail we were still having problems, however, his customer service is lacking as he has not taken the time to call us back. We've allowed ample time for his return call before posting this comment . A dissatisfied customer.

I have been doing business with this dealership for several years now. I have purchased 3 new vehicles here over a 6 year period and have not had a bad experience yet. Kali in the service department 'Rocks'. I always ask for her as my service advisor. She is definitely customer centric when it comes to taking care of her customers.

We purchased a new vehicle and were very pleased with the transaction. We got just what we wanted at a price that we felt was fair and reasonable.

We purchased our 2012 Maxima from Serra Nissan. It was a great experience. We plan to buy again soon.
