Do not join Riveria Fittness and expect the cancellatin process to be as helpful and when you join.

I am in the process of trying to cancel my membership and get such a run a round.

First you call the gym and they direct you to call the toll free number for Paramount Acceptance.

When you call the number they tell you to send an emial and an automatic response will occur to confirm.

However, I did not get a response so I called back and they said it may take 3 days for a response because they have so many cancellations.

Also the classes they offer are not consistent becuase you don't know a class has been cancelled until you show up. Nothing is posted in advance.

I have joined the YMCA and can go to all of the locations and they offer swimming, yoga and free consults to help you achive your goal.
