When you call the number on the website, 205-908-1920, and you get a fax machine, you can't do business, guys!!! A fax machine answered? Really? Who's running the ship. Apparently, not a business man!!

Terrible... and don't buy any packages... they will honor them if you want to leave your car there all day.. rotate and balance tires free - 4 + hours... oil change - 2+ hours... they bait customers with the lifetime rotate and balance- knowing most customers will never use it.. and if you try- they will make you suffer without a car for upwards of 5 hours- so you want come back again... The basic tire prices are good... all else is horrible ... and way over priced... I now go to Express Oil Change by Wal-mart... Great guys - honest, quick and very fairly priced... I'll start getting all my tires there also. - even if they are slightly higher

I had an appointment at 9:00 a.m. for an oil change and tire rotation/balance. They did not start on my vehicle until 10:20. They never came to inform me or apologize for the late start. At 11:00 I went to the front desk to ask what time they would be done with my vehicle and to gently express that I was upset about the situation as a whole. Once again, a manager never approached me to talk about anything. At 11:45, they came in to the waiting room to let me know they were almost done. I told them I understand that it took some time to work on the vehicle once it was back there and thats alright but that I was extremely upset at this point because they did not start on my vehicle until an hour and a half AFTER my appointment. He proceeded to tell me that even though you have an appointment, you have to wait behind the cars that get here after you as walk-ins. Hmmmmmm sorry, I don't believe that's how it should work when you have an appointment. At 11:50, I am finally leaving, and no they did NOT offer to cover the charges for my visit. Awful experience!

First let me say, I'm from California, home of Jerry Brown, D. Finestine, B. Boxer, Nancy Palosi, (damm liberals) higher taxes, higher insurance cost and higher land values. Everything is higher here than in AL. Except for- on 5/16/13 @ 7:33 A.M., Adam tried to get me to spend $419.97 on a wheel alignment with new tie rods.

On 5/20/13 @ 7:44 A.M., at Bear Alignment & Brake, in Corona, CA., it only cost me $287.44 (with new tie rods) When it comes to a wheel alignment, why pay $132.53 more at NTB then at Bear Alignment & Brake?

Don't go here for brakes!! Way overpriced!!

Customer service is the best. They went out of their way to make sure I was happy. The store is clean and the location easy to access from Hwy 280. The people are friendly and didn't mind explaining things to me.

The prices are reasonable.

Thank-you to the staff of NTB. They are so friendly and helpful! When I recently needed tires, the gentleman explained exactly what I needed and answered my questions. He didn't pressure me to buy tires I didn't need. I got fast service.
