With more than 24 hours notice, my very local delivery that was scheduled for morning barely made it by 3:00 PM. The flowers were less impressive than other arrangements I've purchased in the same price range. Some flowers even showed small wilted dark damaged spots. Not acceptable.

Worst florist instead of largest florist should be their new logo. I warned my brother-in-law not to trust this florist because years ago I had issues with their quality, very poor, and they would do nothing to make it right, however, my brother-in-law assumed it would be OK since he ordered a week in advance. WRONG!!!!!!! his wife got nothing but excuses 2 days in a row and still no flowers...... They gave him a full refund and a large headache, by the way his wife is my sister. My wife on the other hand got her beautiful flowers on time and were very impressive... I have now convinced my family A TOUCH OF CLASS is our new florist of choice, beautiful and headache free...... So if Nortons ever needs some flower making or delivering advise I have your answer, A Touch Of Class Florist..............

Delivery for Valentines never came. They called and told me "Oh we are so sorry and I promise delivery on 15TH" THAT DELIVERY NEVER CAME TODAY! YOU MADE VALENTINES SUCK FOR ME AND MY BOYFRIEND WHO COULD NOT BE WITH ME BECAUSE HE LIVES IN CHICAGO AND WAS HOPING TO SEND LOVE MY WAY, WHICH YOU DROPPED THE BALL BIG TIME! YOUR COMPANY IS A CROCK OF CRAP! LIARS! DOROTHY MCDANIEL WILL GET OUR BUSINESS!

DO NOT USE NORTON FLORIST!

I contacted Norton's florist on 07/13/2013 at 9:00 A.M. and requested that my order be delivered on 07/14/2013 before 11:30 AM. I received a call back from them at 6:02 PM stating that they would be unable to deliver by 11:30 AM but would have it there before 4:30 PM on 07/14. It is now Friday afternoon and the flowers have yet to be delivered. Norton's has not called me with any updated information. I try to call every number I can find for them and I get put into an elecronic loop wit h an eventual disconnect by Norton Florist. This is the worst service I have ever received from a florist period. I will never use them again.

Twice my husband has ordered flowers from Nortons with no delivery. They delivery the next day, but the problem is it doesn't mean much if you get flowers the day after your birthday or Valentine's Day. I went in to Nortons the second time and they asked what they could do for and we asked for a refund, which was granted. I wouldn't trust Norton's for an important delivery.

Extremely disappointed. Delivery was made at 10 min to 5PM after the place of business had closed down. I had to go get my delivery & deliver it myself. The price I was quoted Vs what I was charged was incorrect. The manager refused to return my call. Absolute horrible customer service and extremely unacceptable.

Very DISAPPOINTED !!!!!!!!!!!!!! Sent flowers by referral of funeral home and we were very disappointed. My wife then spoke with a lady name Linda and were basically told " we got what we paid for " the roses were limp and there were no calla lilies, the arrangement was very small and for 150.00 YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED.......

Norton's is the best in Birmingham. I bought flowers from them for my wife's anniversary and birthday and they are always excellent arrangements and at a great price. Their flowers are always fresh and last a long time and their customer service is awesome!

Out of town and found them first on yp.com. They were very helpful and thorough and had great information on their website so i could pick something from their site. I also requested no carnations in the arrangement and they glady catered. I will definately use them again when needing a florist in Birmingham.

They also asked if i wanted an email sent to me when the arrangement would be delievered. I think that is also a very nice touch.

I was calling from out of town for flowers needed in a certain area. Even though they did not service the area need they took the time to give names of others with their numbers who would be able to help me. It is good to find such caring and cooperative people in this day and age. Thank-you
