I was at North Hill facility today to visit a relative. At 4:15 p.m, she asked me to go to the nurses' desk to ask if someone would come and change her because she was wet, and to put her back to bed because she had been sitting in her wheelchair since morning. To make this short, when I left at 6:00 p.m., no one still had NOT come to change her. NOW WOULD YOU WANT YOUR MOM OR DAD BEING TAKEN CARE OF AT THIS FACILITY?
